AMTF CONFERENCE, SCHEDULED FOR JULY, 2020 HAS BEEN POSTPONED
The AMTF Board of Directors, at a special meeting held on March 20, 2020, by unanimous vote decided to postpone this conference to Summer 2021. We were concerned with the health and well-being of students often traveling thousands of miles, using different modes of transportation, to come to Mt. Shasta. All conference fees will be promptly refunded.
In the meantime we shall be re-doubling our efforts confronting the Corona Virus. This issue reflects a part of this concentrated effort. Annette Schroeder once said: “The task before us is challenging and demanding, and, at times, it can even become downright discouraging! But that is when the earnest chela pushes on, even harder. We have come through many embodiments to this point in our development. We are candidates in training! With sufficient commitment and determination, the ascension is ours to claim!

VICTORY FOR THE EARTH
Beloved mighty victorious I AM Presence, Helios and Vesta, Cosmic Being Victory, Elohim Hercules, the Elohim of Purity, Beloved Astrea, Archangel Michael, Ascended Master El Morya, Saint Germain and your legions of Light, Seize, hold inactive and transmute all creations of an impure nature on the surface of the Earth and around of all mankind. Transmute, transmute, transmute them all. Replace them with Ascended Master substance, illumination, love, and constructive motives.
Remove all discarnate entities out of the atmosphere of Earth and into the Temples of Light and Temples of Learning. Seal each one in a violet Maltese Cross of Saint Germain.
THE COSMIC BEING MIGHTY VICTORY

The Cosmic Being Victory is from Venus. He was the leader of the second group that came from Venus to assist Earth. In all of his actions, for thousands of centuries, he has been victorious. His teacher was Sanat Kumara.
In an unparalleled action, the beloved Victory set aside the Occult Law, which had governed the teaching of the Great White Brotherhood for at least 80,000 years. As a result of this action by Victory, this teaching could now be presented in a simple form, so everyone could understand.
In order that the reader may better understand the impact of this dramatic event, the following explanation is given. Under the action of the Occult Law, this teaching had to be given gradually and sparingly, and it had to be veiled in such a way, that only a dedicated chela could partially understand. Here is an example of a dictation given under the Occult Law. The dictation was given by Ascended Master Kuthumi in the year 1872 and it is being published, right now, in the book “The Mahatma Letters to A. P. Sinnet,” by the Theosophical Publishing House Adyar, Madras 20, India, on page 80:
“The monad performs not only ‘world rings’ or seven major inmetalliations, inherbanations, zoonications (?) and incarnations – but an infinitude of subrings or subordinate whirls, all in series of seven.” And on page 78 of the same book, Kuthumi, answering the question of a student, states: “The number is not quite correct. There are seven objective and seven subjective globes (I HAVE BEEN JUST PERMITTED FOR THE FIRST TIME TO GIVE YOU THE RIGHT FIGURE).”
Beloved Victory (sometimes called “the Tall Master from Venus,” explained to the students: “This teaching should be given in such a way that even a small child could understand, but it should also be presented in a powerful and majestic way. When I, at the Royal Teton (conclave of 1930, which started in the last days of December), issued the fiat which DISCARDED THE OLD OCCULT LAWS for this Earth, it does seem it demanded considerable authority, doesn't it? Yet that authority was mine! I utilized it, and I did not ask for any human opinions about it! It was done! You will find those old laws do not operate any longer!”
“Beloved friends of my heart, I come tonight to bring to you the God-victorious qualification of my life, the fully-gathered cosmic momentum of energy which is mine, resulting from my use of the gift of primal life, through the ages. I am bringing to you my consciousness and the quality of victorious accomplishment, that accomplishment which will accept no compromise, which will accept no defeat, which knows, through the cosmic flame of Cosmic Christ Truth, THAT COSMIC LAW IS ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN TO ACT FOR AND THROUGH THE INDIVIDUAL, when correctly applied. When that Law is consciously applied, the energy is released qualified with perfection and, IF HARMONY IS SUSTAINED, VICTORY IS ASSURED!”
Students can call on beloved Victory, even today. If invited, he will assist in overcoming the habits of dope, nicotine and alcohol. IF THE STUDENTS WILL MAKE A CORRESPONDING SELF-EFFORT, VICTORY WILL ALSO HELP THEM IN RE-ESTABLISHING THE GOD-QUALITY OF DETERMINATION AND PERSISTENCY OF EFFORT, SO NECESSARY TO BRING SUCCESS. It was beloved Victory who helped Saint Patrick gain his accomplishment in Ireland. Saint Patrick stood in the rain, determined to achieve his goal through a strong, persistent effort. Likewise, the Philadelphia Group of the Bridge to Freedom, which according to the Masters accomplished more, than any other group in centuries, was successful as a result of a determined, persistent effort, giving decrees at the same time, at the same place, for many months, constantly keeping sight of their goal.
Beloved Victory had expected to return to Venus, but because of certain accomplishments of the student body of Saint Germain, he decided to stay. Let us be sure he continues to stay, by asking for his assistance, which may include giving the following decree:
“I AM THE VICTORY OF THE ACCEPTANCE AND EXPANSION OF THE TEACHING OF THE “BRIDGE TO FREEDOM. Beloved I AM, do it today! Do it to stay! (3x)”
Beloved Victory makes his home in the Teton Retreat to serve our planet. Our eternal gratitude goes to this beloved Cosmic Being for discarding the Occult Law and assisting the efforts of Saint Germain!

Give your attention to your I AM Presence. Pour your love and gratitude toward it. Ask the Presence to guide you this day. Then give, with deep feeling, the following decrees:
1. In the name of my I AM Presence and in the name of all mankind, I give now full authority for the Earth and all world conditions to the beloved Ascended Masters Saint Germain, El Morya and the Maha Chohan, to bring into manifestation the divine plan fulfilled!
2. Beloved Mighty I AM Presence and beloved Archangel Michael, intensify your protective pillar of pure light substance through and around me, charged with your invincible protection, all-powerful and impenetrable.

LOCK YOUR COSMIC CIRCLE AND SWORD OF BLUE FLAME in, through and around all misqualified energy around me and all mankind. (3)

5. Mighty I AM Presence, beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain, Archangel Zadkiel and Amethyst, blaze through and around me the Transmuting Violet Flame, thy Sacred Fire. Purify and transmute all energy ever misqualified by me. Keep this flame sustained and powerfully active.
6. Mighty I AM Presence, you direct my activity, world and affairs! Take full command of me, guide and illumine me every step of the way. See that I render the greatest service possible. See in your wisdom that I make the ascension at the close of this embodiment. I AM the ascension manifesting! I thank you, beloved I AM.
Play keynote of an Ascended Master. Become still. Send love and feelings of gratitude to one or more of the Ascended Masters, use his/her picture. Thank him for his assistance. Send love and gratitude to the angelic and elemental kingdom, including your ministering angel and body elemental. On the return current, accept the energies radiated to you.
DECREE FOR DISSOLVING FOCI OF EPIDEMICS, DISEASES

DAS KOSMISCHE WESEN VICTORY

Das Kosmische Wesen Victory stammt von der Venus. Es war der Anführer der zweiten Gruppe, die von der Venus kam, um der Erde zu helfen. In all seinen Handlungen war es seit Tausenden von Jahrhunderten, erfolgreich. Sein Lehrer war Sanat Kumara.
In einer beispiellosen Aktion hob der geliebte Victory das Okkult-Gesetz auf, welches die Lehre der Großen Weißen Bruderschaft seit mindestens 80.000 Jahren regierte. Als Ergebnis dieser Aktion von Victory, konnte diese Lehre nun in einer einfachen Form präsentiert werden, so dass jeder sie verstehen konnte.
Damit der Leser die Auswirkungen dieses dramatischen Ereignisses besser verstehen kann, wird die folgende Erklärung gegeben. Unter der Wirkung des Okkult-Gesetzes musste diese Lehre schrittweise und sparsam gegeben und so verschleiert werden, dass nur ein fortgeschrittener Lichtschüler, sie teilweise verstehen konnte. Hier ist ein Beispiel für eine Durchsage, welches unter dem Okkult-Gesetz gegeben wurde. Die Durchsage wurde vom Aufgestiegenen Meister Kuthumi im Jahr 1872 gegeben und wird derzeit in dem Buch „Die Mahatma-Briefe an A. P. Sinnet“ des Theosophischen Verlags Adyar, Madras 20, Indien, auf Seite 80 veröffentlicht:
„Die Monade führt nicht nur‚ Weltringe 'oder sieben wichtige Inmetalliationen, Vererbungen, Zoationen (?) und Inkarnationen durch - aber eine Unendlichkeit von Unterringen oder untergeordneten Wirbeln, alle in der Serie von Sieben." Und auf Seite 78 desselben Buches sagt Kuthumi auf die Frage eines Studenten: „Die Nummer ist nicht ganz richtig. Es gibt sieben objektive und sieben subjektive Planeten (ich habe gerade zum ersten Mal die Erlaubnis erhalten, Ihnen die richtige Darstellung zu geben).“
Der geliebte Victory (manchmal auch „der große Meister von der Venus“ genannt), erklärte den Schülern: „Diese Lehre sollte so gegeben werden, dass selbst ein kleines Kind sie verstehen kann, aber sie sollte auch kraftvoll und angemessen präsentiert werden. Als ich im Royal Teton (Konklave von 1930, das in den letzten Dezembertagen begann), wurde der Erlass Fiat gegeben, welche die ALTEN OKKULT-GESETZE FÜR für diese Erde VERWARF, es scheint, dass es beträchtliche Autorität verlangte, nicht wahr? Doch diese Autorität hatte ich ! Ich habe es angewendet und nicht nach menschlichen Meinungen gefragt! Es wurde durchgeführt! Sie werden feststellen, dass diese alten Gesetze nicht mehr funktionieren!“

Die Schüler können den geliebten Victory anrufen, auch heute noch. Wenn er eingeladen wird, hilft er bei der Überwindung der Gewohnheiten von Drogen, Nikotin und Alkohol. WENN DIE STUDENTEN ENTSPRECHENDE ANSTRENGUNGEN UNTERNEHMEN, WIRD VICTORY IHNEN AUCH BEI DER WIEDERHERSTELLUNG DER GOTT-QUALITÄT DER ENTSCHLOSSENHEIT UND BESTÄNDIGKEIT HELFEN, DIE FÜR DEN ERFOLG ERFORDERLICH SIND.
Es war der geliebte Victory, der Saint Patrick half, seine Leistung in Irland zu erreichen. Saint Patrick stand im Regen und war entschlossen, sein Ziel durch eine starke, beharrliche Anstrengung zu erreichen. Ebenso die Philadelphia-Gruppe der „Brücke zur Freiheit“, die nach Angaben der Meister mehr erreicht hat als jede andere Gruppe in Jahrhunderten. Diese war erfolgreich als Ergebnis einer entschlossenen, beharrlichen Anstrengung, die durch Anrufungen, welche viele Monate lang am selben Ort durchgeführt wurden, und dadurch das Ziel, ständig im Auge behalten wurde.
Der geliebte Victory hatte erwartet, zur Venus zurückzukehren, aber aufgrund bestimmter Leistungen der Studentenschaft von Saint Germain, hatte er beschlossen, zu bleiben.
